April 19, 2017 - Announcing the 2017 Summer Slam Series. This five-race series cash payback series features 10 classes. There will be an open tire rule (no treaded tires) - any brand is allowed - and will be using 2017 AKRA clone engine rules in all classes - except for the small block open class. Pit reservations are $20 per spot or you can reserve your pit spot for all five races for $80. More details to follow.

​April 4, 2016 - Banquet Committee.

Each season we award our champions and top point finishers with awards at the Champion's Banquet. It's a big job with fund raising (mostly in the form of raceday 50/50 drawings) paying for most of it. Sponsors really help out and make the awards bigger and better than we could do on our own. In 2016, we'd like to put together a banquet committee. We're looking for voluteers who would like to take charge of the 50/50 ticket sales during the race season, plan the banquet, and procure trophies, awards, sponsors and door prizes. Let's make 2016 the best race season and banquet ever!

 

March 28, 2016 - Open practice and 2015 awards.

We're going to kick off 2016 with an open practice on Friday, April 15th. We're going to begin at 5pm and take a break at 7pm to award the racers from the 2015 season. We'll crown the Class Champions and Track Champion and reveal the new 2016 Victory Lane sign. Presentations will be in the infield under a lighted canopy in front of the Victory Lane sign. There will be no cost to attend or practice. We'll resume practice after the awards ceremony and will last until roughly 9pm. We'll provide a list of awardees in a couple of days. We'll see you there!

March 21, 2016 - Victory Lane Sign Sponsored!

The 2016 Victory Lane sign for ARP will be sponsored by FasTimes. FasTimes is located across Highway 14 from the track. We recommend that you buy your fuel for your clone engine there (that's where our baseline sample for post-race tech is from) and while there, gas up your rig, get ice, drinks and a snack.
